MIRROR SPELL

PROTECTION
The Roman god of fire, Vulcan, made a magic mirror that showed the past, present and future. His wife, Venus, goddess of love used it to hide her affair with Mars, god of war.
Perseus defeated Medusa, with a mirror.
Mirrors in magic go together like peanut butter and jelly – especially when someone is trying to send you something and you need to bounce it right back to them.
Yesterday I had a conversation with someone that was kind of odd. Not anything argumentative, or unpleasant in any way. At least I thought it was fine.
But sometimes things are not fine, and someone can get angry and send some energy to you that makes you feel uncomfortable.

This is my magic mirror. I keep it covered unless I’m working with it and this morning, I had work to do.
Along with warding, sometimes we need to bounce something back to someone who has baneful intentions.
And I am going to show you how.
I believe in defensive magic. We must protect ourselves at all times. We ward, we banish, we protect.
But there are times when someone will try to put something on you that will “unsettle” your mind. It will “unsettle” your spirit. It will cause an imbalance that is not acceptable.
Have you ever woke to find that you feel…off? Like something is not right but you just can’t put your finger on it? Usually for me, it’s energy being sent to me. Well, it’s either that or a transition such as death. I feel it. I cannot make it stop so I learned how to define the difference and either protect or prepare. That’s really all we can do.
When someone has baneful energy towards you, it can ruin your entire day. Make you feel weird, weepy or just plain crazy. The good news is that once you identify what it is, you can send it right back.
Bounce it like a ball. Or like “I’m rubber, you’re glue. Whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you.”
Because this is truth. In it’s ugly entirety, it is truth. People are vengeful. Baneful. Jealous and just plain crazy and we need to protect ourselves and our realities.
So, for this simple spell, you’ll need a mirror. Now, I always cleanse my tools with a mugwort infusion and I take care of them. This mirror stays protected and covered, but if you just have a mirror – cleanse it with some incense and your intention. Then put it up and keep it for this purpose. I consecrated this one with a mugwort infusion then put it in the window facing outside.
One way to use mirrors is to place a picture of the person between 2 mirrors. This holds them in a sort of suspended state.
The method below will send it back. All of it.
The Ritual:
Cast your circle, raise your power and surround yourself in a ball of protective energy. Do what you do here. The mirror is just a mirror until you tell it what to do. This means focusing your intention upon it. Be very clear.
Light a black candle and put it in front so it’s between you and the mirror. Now focus. Look into the mirror and hold your gaze.
Tell the mirror to please send back the negative energy that has been sent to you – to the person who sent it.
Once you’ve told it what to do, infuse your power within it so it can do what you asked. Raise your energy and focus. See the dark light shooting into the mirror and bouncing back white.
Hold this as long as you can along with the feeling of lightness. You will feel lighter once the energy is away from you. Send love to that person. They need it.
End your ritual like you do and go take a nice purification bath with some salt.
Protect yourselves at all times.

Howdy would you mind sharing which blog
platform you’re working with? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near
future but I’m having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m
looking for something completely unique.
P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!
