Self Love Bath

Someone needs this.

Life gets tough. Don’t let anyone tell you this journey is easy. It is hard, but so rewarding! We need to remember to take care of ourselves. We send so much love out into this world, yet rarely keep any for ourselves.

I am asking you to please take some time for yourself. Please love yourself. You deserve it. You owe it to yourself.

Draw a bath. Throw some salt in it. Then some roses, dried petals or hips, if you have them.

Add some lavender essential oil, if you have it. Your favorite oils that promote love and relaxation.

Add whatever you have to make it delicious. This is you loving yourself.

If you’ve got some, place some amethyst and rose quartz around your tub. Amplify with some clear quartz.

Close the door.

Turn out the lights.

Shut off that inner dialogue that talks bullshit. Shut it up.

Light pink, red or white candles.

Then put on some music and remember that:

You are beautiful.
You are powerful.
You are magic.

Tell yourself that. The power of affirmations is incredible.

I am beautiful.
I am powerful.
I am magic.

And for those who try to steal your shine, capture your magic or ride on your back? Send out some love.

Now adjust your crown, my kings and queens, lay back and don’t come out of that tub until you feel like the magical being you truly are.
